Our History

 

PDSolutions was founded in 2002, initially as part of the Amadeus Rom Consultants group under the name Forstbach Tests. The company was established following the acquisition of the SHL brand and the need to create a dedicated organisation focused on Assessment Centres, with Dana Furcoiu serving as Senior Organisational Psychologist responsible for the assessment process.

 

In 2006, following the transition from employee status to Managing Partner, the company’s shareholders changed and the organisation was renamed PDSolutions.

 

Over the years, our strategic focus has been on building and developing a strong team of consultants with backgrounds in organisational psychology. Their expertise, commitment to quality, and shared values have become a key differentiator in the assessment market. Together, we have built one of the most experienced Assessment & Development Centre teams, combining the rigorous application of SHL methodology with know-how sharing and coaching practices, while cultivating strong, long-term partnerships with our clients.
