We already know that the evaluation of the human behaviour in organizational environment is a very important, complex and difficult procedure. Each personality is unique and deserves the most valuable and accurate tools, the most experienced consultants having the highest expertise.
In order to protect these aspects, the Romanian legislation has specific laws which stipulate that the Work & Organizational Psychologist with the Free Right to Practice is the only entity with the legal right to perform Assessment Centres and to evaluate the human behaviour (personality, aptitudes, intelligence etc.).
In respect with these laws, and in respect of you, as our clients, our company has consultants that are covered by the Romanian legislation, having on one hand the expertise, and on the other the SHL experience to provide the highest quality services in the HR field.

All Assessment Centres are performed by Organizational Psychologists accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists to practice on the Romanian market.
We follow the legal ground of the Romanian Psychologist Law No. 213 of May 27th 2004, which stipulates:
“Art. 4 (1) The psychologist with the right of free practice performs his/her activity on the principle of professional independence, which grants the right of initiative and making decisions regarding the performance of the professional act, taking full responsibility for its quality.
(2) The confidentiality of the psychological act is protected by law and it is an obligation for all psychologists.
Art. 5
The psychologist with the right of free practice performs the following types of activities: a) Studying the human behaviour and mental processes;
b) Investigating and recommending ways to solve psychological problems;
c) Elaborating and applying tests for measuring intelligence, abilities, aptitudes and other human characteristics;
d) Psychological testing, the prevention and psychotherapy of emotional and personality disorders, as well as unadaptive phenomena to the social and professional environment;
e) Interpreting obtained data and elaborating the recommendations he/she considers necessary.
